Robert K. Holmes, founding partner of the firm, is a licensed attorney in California, New York, the District of Columbia, and before the United States Supreme Court. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Southern California in 1972 and his Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern University School of Law in 1975. Robert is a Certified Family Law Specialist handling dissolution and custody litigation.
He has served extensively as a Judge Pro Tem in Los Angeles, Glendale, Burbank and Pasadena courts and serves as a court mediator and settlement officer. For many years he was an Adjunct Professor of Law at Laverne University School of Law.
Robert resides in Glendale with his wife and law partner Deborah, and their five children. He is also a private pilot who enjoys scuba diving and motorcycling.

Deborah Millington Holmes, partner in the firm, is a licensed attorney in California, the District of Columbia, and before the United States Supreme Court. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, Northridge in 1977 and her Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern University School of Law in 1990. Her current practice emphasizes adoption litigation, adoption, and paternity matters. She also practices in areas addressing child related issues such as child abuse, guardianship and grandparent visitation.
Deborah has served as a Judge Pro Tem in the Los Angeles Superior Court, is frequently appointed by the courts to represent children and does extensive pro bono work furthering the rights of children and families. She is active in the National Association of Counsel for Children, the American Professional Society on Abuse of Children and the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts.
Deborah resides in Glendale with her husband and law partner, Robert, and their five children. She enjoys traveling, scuba diving, horses and reading. |

Robert J. Palazzolo has been an associate attorney with the firm since 1999. Rob is licensed as an attorney in California and before the United States Supreme Court. He is a Certified Family Law Specialist. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and went on to earn his Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern University School of Law.
Before becoming an attorney, Rob served as a law clerk with the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Child Abduction Division and with Dependency Court Legal Services. In addition, Rob served as a high school administrator and teacher while attending law school.
Rob is often appointed to represent children in custody matters, serves as Judge Pro Tem in the Los Angeles Superior Court, teaches Business Law at Glendale Community College and is a member of the Los Angeles County, San Fernando Valley and Glendale Bar Associations.

Rima G. Cameron, an associate attorney of the firm, is licensed to practice in California and Massachusetts and before the U.S. Central District Court, Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the California Supreme Court. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Wellesley College in 1978 and her Juris Doctor degree from Boston University in 1984.
Rima practices in the area of family law. She has worked as a volunteer attorney at the Burbank Superior Courthouse in the Domestic Violence Clinic drafting restraining orders and representing litigants at trials. She is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Glendale Bar Association where she served on the Glendale Bar Association Lawyer Referral Service Board of Directors from 1993-1995.
Originally from the Boston area, Rima has lived in Glendale since 1988. She has a daughter, Sabrina, who attends New York University. Rima is active in community organizations and has served on the board of directors of the Glendale YWCA, Glendale Chamber of Commerce, Glendale Council PTA and Verdugo Hills Business and Professional Women, and the Glendale Education Foundation.
In her spare time, Rima enjoys reading, traveling, and cycling.

Elaine K. Salon is an associate attorney with the firm. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles and went on to earn her Master's degree in Social Work from California State University, Long Beach. Elaine earned her Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern University School of Law.
Before becoming an attorney, Elaine was a medical social worker in the emergency department of a local hospital providing crisis intervention and grief counseling. She also worked for a health maintenance organization where she conducted in-home assessments and provided individual counseling. While attending law school, Elaine served as a law clerk with the Children's Law Center of Los Angeles and as a judicial extern to a federal district court judge3. She currently volunteers at the Harriet Buhai Center for Family Law providing legal assistance to low-income families. Elaine is a member of the Glendale and Pasadena bar Associations, and is often appointed by they courts to represent the interests of at-risk children.
In her free time, Elaine enjoys spending time with her husband, son and daughter and watching reality television shows. |

Phyllis A. Walker has been an associate attorney with the firm since 1991. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1987 and her Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern University in 1990.
Phyllis practices exclusively family law. She has been appointed by the court to represent children in custody matters and has worked as a mediator for the Superior Court as a family law mediator. She has extensive family law court and trial experience.
Phyllis enjoys traveling the world, boating,home design and spending time with her husband, friends and family.

Stacey Lind Widger is an associate attorney with the firm and practices exclusively family law. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of California at Berkeley and earned her Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School in 2003.
Stacey is a trained mediator having completed nearly fifty hours of mediation training with the Los Angeles County Bar Association. Stacey enjoys volunteering her time as a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) for foster children in the Dependency Court system. Stacey is a member of the Glendale and Los Angeles County Bar Associations.
In her spare time, Stacey enjoys hiking in Griffith Park and going to movies with her husband.

Diana M. Wagnon is the firm's law clerk. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from San Diego State University in 2006, and will receive her Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law school in May 2009. Diana, a native of Pasadena, resides in Los Angeles. She enjoys trying new restaurants, going to the beach and dancing.
