Shannon M. DeBiase
Shannon M. DeBiase is an associate attorney with the firm. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of California, Irvine and earned her Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern Law School in 2005.
During law school, Shannon worked as an extern to Judge William D. Stewart. As a Note & Comment editor for Southwestern's Journal of Law and Trade in the Americas, she authored an article examining the laws on same-sex marriage in the U.S. and Canada that was published in the journal's spring 2005 edition. She also studied at Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland, and worked as an extern at Cherish, the leading national organization for one-parent families in Ireland.
Shannon is currently secretary of the Irish American Bar Association and has sat on the organization's board for the past three years. She was recently recognized as a Super Lawyer Rising Star for 2009. Shannon enjoys traveling, dancing and spending time with her husband and daughter.
